  • B.Sc.(H & HA) Course:

    The three-year B.Sc. course Affiliated to National Council of Hotel Management and Catering Technology (NCHMCT) and Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU). It is our flagship course which provides students with ample knowledge & opportunities to make them a competent professional in hospitality and allied industries. The program begins with an introduction to hospitality industry along with the core subjects which are – Front Office, House-Keeping, Food Production & Food & Beverage Service. The course also equips students with in-depth laboratory work, which in turn helps them to perform at par, with the industry standards when they are supposed to go on the Industrial Exposure Training.

    Besides this, the course also provides students with advanced knowledge in subjects like Hotel Accountancy, Food Safety, Hygiene and Nutrition, Facility Planning, Financial Management, Strategic Management, Human Resource Management, Strategic Marketing, and Tourism Management.

  • Craftsmanship Course in Food Production and Patisserie:

    The 18-month diploma course in food production is our other course. This course falls under Government Initiative which is aimed at specializing students, to acquire skills needed to start a career in the kitchen department of the hospitality industry. Since this course teaches the students various cuisines and styles of cooking practiced across the country; the students can also apply for jobs in organizations other than hotels as well; while on the other hand, they can also venture in self-employment.
