The Institute of Hotel Management, Bhopal (An autonomous body under the
Ministry of Tourism, Govt of India) is organizing a National Seminar on “Reintroduction
of Vegetarian Culinary Approach: A diverse sphere of Indian
cuisine”. Apart from giving a common platform to culinary academicians,
researchers, industry experts, and students to discuss and debate on important
issues of culinary development, our initiatives are to re-introduce the forgotten
food, food-practices, & ingredients and their importance.This is the first annual
national seminar on Indian vegetarian cuisine to be organized in Lake city
Bhopal.
