1. Harkaran Singh, F&B Manager, Courtyard by Marriott Chennai – Being among the youngest of F&B managers, Sethi brings with himself more than seven years of experience. He graduated from IHM Bhopal and was a part of the pre-opening team of ITC Gardenia. In his new role, Sethi will be responsible for re-launching the entire F&B operations for the hotel.
