Work

Experience

  • Joined Hotel Le-Meridien New Delhi as a Kitchen Trainee in June 2010 and left as a Junior Sous Chef in September 2019. ( 9 years and 3 Months)
  • Joined Indian Culinary Institute (An Autonomous Body Under Ministry of Tourism,Government of India) as a Lecturer (Food Production) in October 2019 and left in November 2024.

  • Got certificate of “APPRECIATION” by General Manager of Hotel Le-Meridien Jaipur for hosting INDIAN FOOD FESTIVAL AT JAIPUR LITERATURE FEST “THE WRITERS BALL” held at LE-MERIDIEN JAIPUR in the month of January 2014.
  • Got the HAACP certificate by PLUS+PORT STARWOOD in the month of January 2014 which is given to food handlers.
  • Won certificate of “MERIT” at AAHAR 2014 participated in the category Authentic Indian Regional cuisine.
  • Got certificate of participation in the “CULINARY ART INDIA 2015”.
  • Got certificate of “SMILING FACE OF THE MONTH” for the month of September 2015.
  • Won “Bronze” Medal at international food festival AAHAR 2016 held at Pragati maidan,new delhi in the category ‘Authentic Indian Regional Cuisine’
  • Got  the certificate from “Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship” Government of India for successfully clearing the assessment for the role of C.D.P conforming to national skill qualifications framework level-6 in the month of august 2016.
