Admission Procedure
M.Sc in Hospitality & Hotel Administration
Fill Up Online Application Form for appearing in NCHM JEE examination conducted by National testing Agency (NTA) and NCHMCT from www.nchmcounselling.nic.in (Registrations Open) The entrance examination is a Computer Based Test conducted at designated Centres. Admission to the M.Sc course is through two rounds of Online Counselling process. Candidate is allotted Institute based on the AIR in Entrance Result Card. Provisional Admission Letter is generated for all eligible candidates by end of Counselling process. All candidates who have received Provisional Admission Letter through online counseling process finally report at their allotted Institutes in the first week of July followed by Commencement of Classes. Hostel facility is available for outstation candidates.
BSC Courses
Fill Up Online Application Form for appearing in NCHM JEE examination conducted by National testing Agency (NTA) and NCHMCT from www.nchmcounselling.nic.in (Registrations Open from 16 Dec 2024 to 15 February 2025). The entrance examination is a Computer Based Test conducted at designated Centres. Admission to the B.Sc course is through three rounds of Online Centralized Counselling process. Candidate is allotted Institute based on the AIR in Entrance Result Card. Provisional Admission Letter is generated for all eligible candidates by end of Counselling process. All candidates who have received Provisional Admission Letter through online counseling process finally report at their allotted Institutes in the first week of July followed by Commencement of Classes. Hostel facility is available for outstation candidates.
Certificate Courses
Admission Forms can be obtained from Institute Admission Counter from 1st May 2025. The candidate can also download the Admission form from Institute website www.ihmbhopal.ac.in or mail at admissions@ihmbhopal.ac.in . Filled Application Forms with form fees and copy of 10th marksheet, age proof, category certificate may be submitted in Admission Office by 1st week of June 2025. The Institute displays Merit List for eligible candidates category wise by mid June 2025 and the candidate has to visit Institute for physical document verification, fee payment to complete Admission process. Admission Confirmation is provided to students who have successfully completed document verification and fee payment process. Classes commence from 1st week of July 2025.
Eligibility Criteria
Msc. Course
Graduation in any stream/discipline including hospitality . Candidates appearing in the final semester/final year exam (but passed all the papers i all earlier semesters/years) of the graduation and able to submit their complete Bachelor’s Degree latest by 30th September 2025 can also apply.
B.Sc. Course
For a student to be eligible to give the JEE, there is some minimum requirement that he needs to fulfill; which is:
- Candidate should be +2 pass or equivalent with English as one of the subjects.
- Those appearing in 10+2 or equivalent examination can also appear in JEE on a provisional basis. Provisional admission will stand canceled if proof of having passed the qualifying examination (10+2 or its equivalent) is not submitted at the time of counseling or at the time of admission. The offer of admission is subject to verification of original certificates/documents at the time of admission. If any candidate is found ineligible at a later date even after admission to an institute, his/her admission will stand canceled.
Craftsmanship Course
The diploma program equips students in the basic areas of specialization and institutes to provide hands-on training to students in the institute kitchens and laboratories. For a student to be eligible to apply for the craftmanship course in Food Production, he needs to fulfill the following criteria:
- Candidate should be 10th pass with English as a compulsory subject
