Café Riverdale

Café Riverdale is our in-house café, offering a delightful selection of delicious food and beverages. Whether you’re looking for a quick snack or a refreshing drink, Café Riverdale provides a cozy atmosphere to relax and enjoy your meal.

BTK (Basic Training Kitchen)

Basic Training Kitchen serves as the practical lab for first-year students, providing them with essential cooking skills and foundational knowledge in the culinary arts. This hands-on environment allows students to develop their cookery techniques, preparing them for more advanced culinary challenges in the future.

QTK (Quantity Training Kitchen)

Our state-of-the-art Quantity Training Kitchen serves as the practical lab for second-year students, where they gain hands-on experience in bulk cooking techniques. This modern facility equips students with the skills needed to prepare large quantities of food, preparing them for the demands of the hospitality industry.

ATK (Advance Training Kitchen)

The Advance Training Kitchen (ATK) is designed for third-year students, providing a platform to master the art of cooking and presenting international cuisine. This hands-on learning environment emphasizes advanced culinary techniques and artistic presentation, preparing students for careers in the global hospitality industry.

Vegetarian Kitchen

The Vegetarian Kitchen is a dedicated space designed for the exploration and mastery of vegetarian cuisine. This kitchen provides an enriching environment for aspiring chefs to develop their culinary expertise in vegetarian food.

Bakery Lab 1

Our bakery lab provides first-year students with essential skills in baking fundamentals. Here, students gain hands-on experience in various techniques, ingredients, and recipes, laying the groundwork for their culinary journey in the world of baking.

Bakery Lab 2

Designed for third-year students, this program focuses on specialized baking and confectionery skills. Students delve into advanced techniques and creative approaches to produce a wide range of baked goods and desserts, preparing them for professional roles in the culinary industry.

Accommodation Operation and Laundry Lab

Our lab is equipped with modern cleaning and laundry equipment, ensuring an optimal environment for effective learning and skill development. Students gain hands-on experience with the latest tools, preparing them for success in the hospitality industry.

Model Guest Rooms

The institute features four meticulously designed guest rooms for teaching accommodations. These rooms provide students with practical experience in hospitality management, offering insights into guest services and room operations while maintaining a high standard of comfort and style.

Front Office Lab

Our front office lab is a fully equipped space designed for hands-on learning and skill development. It provides students with practical experience in front office operations.

Computer Lab

Our computer lab features 40 state-of-the-art computers equipped with the latest software, providing students with a modern and efficient learning environment.

Library

Our library boasts a collection of over 7,000 books, journals, magazines, and newsletters, providing students with a valuable resource to enhance their knowledge and support their academic pursuits.

Audio-Visual Room

A well-equipped facility designed for academic and professional engagements such as workshops, presentations, group discussions, and campus interviews.

With a seating capacity of 60 pax, it is also available on a rental basis and is frequently utilized for literary and academic events.

Auditorium

The Auditorium is a spacious venue with a seating capacity of 350 guests. It is well-suited for lectures, presentations, seminars, conferences, prize distribution ceremonies, and various literary and cultural events.

Boardroom

A versatile conference and seminar facility designed to host a range of professional meetings and events. Equipped with modern amenities, it offers an ideal setting for effective collaboration and communication.

The Institute has two Board Rooms:
Manthan (Capacity: 50 guests)
Manan (Capacity: 30 guests)

These spaces are available on a rental basis for formal meetings, seminars, and training program

Sports Lounge

This vibrant space offers a variety of games, providing a perfect outlet for relaxation and friendly competition. Our students can take a break from their studies, socialize with friends, and enjoy some recreational fun right here on campus.

Bar

Equipping our students with the essential skills of a professional bartender in our dedicated bar training area. This facility provides a hands-on environment to learn and practice cocktail preparation, drink mixing techniques, customer service, and bar management principles, ensuring they graduate with the confidence and expertise to excel in the hospitality industry.
