Educational Qualifications
- B.Sc. in Hospitality and Hotel Administration from IHM, Shimla, Kufri (2010)
- Master of Tourism and Travel Management from IGNOU (2023)

Experience
- Joined Hotel Le-Meridien New Delhi as a Kitchen Trainee in June 2010 and left as a Junior Sous Chef in September 2019. ( 9 years and 3 Months)
- Joined Indian Culinary Institute (An Autonomous Body Under Ministry of Tourism,Government of India) as a Lecturer (Food Production) in October 2019 and Left as Lecturer (Food Production) in November 2024. (5 years and 1 Months)

Achievements
- Got certificate of “APPRECIATION” by General Manager of Hotel Le-Meridien Jaipur for hosting INDIAN FOOD FESTIVAL AT JAIPUR LITERATURE FEST “THE WRITERS BALL” held at LE-MERIDIEN JAIPUR in the month of January 2014.
- Got the HAACP certificate by PLUS+PORT STARWOOD in the month of January 2014 which is given to food handlers.
- Won certificate of “MERIT” at AAHAR 2014 participated in the category Authentic Indian Regional cuisine.
- Got certificate of participation in the “CULINARY ART INDIA 2015”.
- Got certificate of “SMILING FACE OF THE MONTH” for the month of September 2015.
- Won “Bronze” Medal at international food festival AAHAR 2016 held at Pragati maidan,new delhi in the category ‘Authentic Indian Regional Cuisine’
- Got the certificate from “Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship” Government of India for successfully clearing the assessment for the role of C.D.P conforming to national skill qualifications framework level-6 in the month of august 2016.
- Again won “Bronze Medal” at international food festival AAHAR 2017 held at pragati maidan,new delhi in the category “Authentic Indian Regional Cuisine”
- Conducted a “culinary demonstration” in the hotel during cookery classes held in hotel and got the appreciation letter from vice president F&B production in the month of august 2017.
- Cleared the Assessment of Certified Master Trainer For the Role of Sous Chef Conforming to National Skill Qualification Framework Level -7 from Tourism and Hospitality Skill Council, National Skill Development Corporation, Government of India.
- Got the Appreciation Letter From ICF’s organising committee for my contribution in making the IIHE event successful in September 2021.
- Again received “Certificate of Appreciation” From Indian Culinary Forum For Assisting in organising the Trade Tests for 18th Annual Chef Awards 2021 held in October 2021.
- Recieved a Appreciation Letter From Jaipuria institute of Management,Noida. For Successfully organising “Master Chef Jaipuria Competition” and For Being a Judge at the Gravity Fest in the Month of December 2021.
Completed the Entrepreneurship Development Program For Hospitality Graduates Conducted by the National Institute For Entrepreneurship and Small Business Development (NIESBUD) by ITDC From 16th November to 3rd December. - Completed Advance Catering Training Program by FSSAI For the Post of Food Safety Supervisor in the Month of February 2022.
- Attended Faculty Development Program organised by NCHMCT from 02/05/24 to 06/05/24 on Culinary Arts : Technological & Economical Aspects.
- Received Certificate of Appreciation From Ministry of Tourism for contribution as a Volunteer During 46th UNESCO World Heritage Committee Meeting Held at the Bharat Mandapam,New Delhi From 21st july 2024 to 31st July 2024.
- 14 days Exposure Training in Food Production Department at Hotel Le-Meridien New Delhi from 23 December 2024 to 4 January 2025
